Friday, December 19, 2014 6:30am – 3:00pm. We will be closing early this day so our employees can celebrate at the No-IP Holiday Party.
December 24: 6:30am – 1:00pm PST
December 25: Closed
December 26: 6:30am – 6:00pm PST
December 31: 6:30am – 4:00pm PST
January 1: Closed
If you find yourself getting adventurous and setting up your new security camera to access remotely via Dynamic DNS. Or if you’re doing some domain management to avoid family over the holidays and you run into problems, you can still feel free to open a support ticket while we are closed. We will be happy, well-fed and rested when we get back to you Dec. 26 and Jan. 2. You can also check out our robust knowledge base to help get an answer to your problem sooner.
Although we take pride in our almost always available technical support, we also value our employees personal lives very much. This is why we feel it’s necessary to close on these special days to allow our employees the opportunity to enjoy the holidays with their friends and family.
