The No-IP 2025 Yearly Wrap-Up: Massive Developments and New Beginnings

2025 has been a big year for the No-IP team! Every department experienced big wins and developments. When we take a look at everything we’ve accomplished and overcome, there is a lot to be proud of. Here’s a quick snapshot of what made this year stand out.

A company is only as good as its infrastructure

Our Infrastructure team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that we uphold customer experience, as well as make it easier for us to support them. The changes the team made aren’t flashy, but they were essential to No-IP’s quality of service.

A lot of the work was done in anticipation of continuing support in the new year. Infrastructure changes helped lay the groundwork for customer-facing DNS metrics and DNSSEC support. They also provided initial availability of a completely new DNS backend with API support.

Whether for business or personal use, these upgrades ensure your No-IP connection remains fast and reliable.

Platform modernization and innovation

To say our Product and Engineering teams have been busy this year would be an understatement! These teams have been raising the bar year after year when it comes to evolving current No-IP services along with developing new ones to enhance customer experiences. These changes and updates have allowed us to further support our users, especially for businesses and MSPs.

New look, same company

For starters, No-IP launched a comprehensive website overhaul, including a new homepage, updated navigation, and redesigned use case and product pages, aligning messaging and positioning with No-IP’s evolving product capabilities and growth strategy.

Customization to maximize potential

Creating flexible plans that allow room for growth and tools for expansion helps us to offer more customizations for customers. We always want to support businesses that are growing and allow room for potential. This year, we implemented registration and introductory pricing updates, as well as new tools.

These implementations include:

  • Launched Plus and Priority Support Monthly subscriptions, expanding flexibility for individual users and small teams.
  • Introduced Premium DNS, expanding No-IP’s higher-value DNS product portfolio.
  • Added Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Delivered comprehensive DDNS Key and Client Key management, including new editors, endpoint updates, documentation, and lifecycle automation.
  • Delivered the Unified DNS Editor, replacing fragmented tooling with a single, modern editing experience.

These improvements significantly enhanced usability for consumers, businesses, and MSPs managing large DNS footprints.

But that’s not all! The Product and Engineering teams aren’t done cranking out upgrades and improvements to the No-IP suite. These new or improved features include Remote Access, Secure Sharing, and platform updates. There are exciting things to look forward to in 2026.

Evolution equals customer success

All of these changes impacted our front line that works directly with our users: Our Customer Support and Account Management teams. However, as they’ve proven time and time again, they were able to take all the updates in stride as they worked with customers.

The Support team did more than just support customers – They did a complete internal overhaul to ensure their processes were up to date with customer demands and relevant to current No-IP offerings.

These changes included updating the Knowledge Base articles that have proven to be a cornerstone of educating users. The overhaul also entailed re-establishing a new, reliable QA process and cadence. Feedback from QA team has been used directly in coaching, training, macro updates, and confluence content.

Jason Puccinelli, COO and Head of Support, shares:

“I’m proud of what we accomplished in 2025—continuing to deliver reliable, high-value products while listening to our customers and investing in new offerings launching in 2026. We’re excited to grow our product portfolio and elevate the customer experience in the coming year.”

A bigger and better team

When a company is doing well, growth is inevitable. The No-IP expanded not just in new products and features, but within the team as well.

Balbina De La Garza joined earlier this year as Marketing Manager and has proven to be the missing piece in strengthening and moving forward Marketing’s efforts so that users, new and old, are educated and enticed with what No-IP has to offer. Balbina shares:

“Joining No-IP this past June has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, the marketing team has been welcoming, collaborative, and deeply committed to the work we do. The ramp-up has been energizing, and I’ve loved partnering across teams to bring ideas to life. I’m excited to keep building on this momentum and see where we take things next!”

The Sales Team has been working hard moving the company forward as well. Our Head of Sales, Michael LiGreci, shares:

“This year marked a meaningful step forward for No-IP’s sales organization. We strengthened how we connect with IT leaders, partners, and MSPs, expanded our presence across key channels, and laid the groundwork for more scalable growth. The momentum we’ve built gives us a strong foundation heading into 2026, and we’re excited about the opportunities ahead.”

New and exciting changes to leadership

Perhaps the biggest thing to happen to No-IP this year was our changes in leadership. Earlier this month, Dan Durrer moved to being the Founder and Chief Technology Officer, and welcomed Suchit Rout, Founder and Managing Partner of Indus Growth Fund, as the new CEO.

The decision came after many deliberations, vetting processes, and strategic planning for the good of No-IP and the team that works tirelessly to make it the successful enterprise it is today.

Dan had this to say about the past year:

“2025 was a defining year for No-IP. We saw strong momentum across the business and welcomed a growth investment that supports our long-term vision. I’m incredibly proud of our team and looking forward to continuing my role as we build the next chapter together.”

As we shared in our recent press release, incoming CEO Suchit Rout brings deep experience in technology, general management, and customer-focused, channel-driven growth. An alumnus of Stanford Graduate School of Business and a longtime No-IP customer, Rout’s connection to the company predates his leadership role.

Having relied on No-IP as a customer for many years, I’ve always admired the company’s technology, people, and commitment to reliability,” said Rout. “I believed in the company so much that I chose to invest in it, and I’m honored to lead No-IP into its next era of growth.

We have no doubt that Suchit will fit in just fine with the No-IP team and are excited to see what he has in store.
